Auditions

Young people may register to participate in Saint Joseph Ballet’s year-round dance, academic, and family programs after auditioning.  Auditions are held every fall, at the conclusion of DanceFree Weeks.  In 2007, 108 new students were accepted from 170 auditioning youth. 

Acceptance into Saint Joseph Ballet is based primarily on a demonstration of

§         Financial need

§         Desire and ability to excel in dance and academics

To audition, children must be at least 9 years old and in 4th through 8th grades.
