What makes for happiness? Presence began in conversations choreographer Mark Haim held with students and parents about the sounds, smells, and sights that make them feel happy.  With these recorded conversations, composer Alan Terricciano created a sound collage, including parts of a Bach Magnificat and new music he composed for and sung live by the Orange County Women’s Chorus.  In turns, laugh out loud funny and tenderly personal, Presence builds in waves that fill the senses and make for happiness.
