Student Leadership Team

The Student Leadership Council captures the mission of Saint Joseph Ballet and brings new energy and cohesion to the student culture.  Student Leaders serve as role-models of Saint Joseph Ballet's mission and values - strengthening self-esteem, self-discipline and a sense of accomplishment ; demonstrating respect, excellence, community and stewardship.  Leadership Team members learn and practice organizational, mentoring and time management skills.  Each year the Student Leadership Team identifies areas in which it wants to make a contribution and has successfully achieved such goals as creating a peer mentoring program, linking advanced students with younger students, feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving, helping with environmental cleanup at the beach, and promoting a recycling program to generate proceeds for needy families.
