Los Angelitos is a world within, a world apart.  Choreographer Mark Haim gently tempts the dancers to reveal the self that they – and we – habitually hide underneath our everyday defenses.  Unfolding with a luminous vulnerability, the compelling spirit of the youth dancing, glows throughout.  With Arvo Pärt’s meditative music, the dance resolves into a revelatory silence.
