Bilingual Student Activities Assistant - Part Time

Position Summary:  The Bilingual Student Activities Assistant (BSAA) is a non-exempt position that provides direct support and reports to the Student Activities Daily Supervisor (SADS) on call.  He/She is the immediate interface between students, families, and Saint Joseph Ballet administration for Saturday and Monday support.  The BSAA enthusiastically embraces the mission and values of Saint Joseph Ballet. This position requires familiarity with the needs of population and families served by Saint Joseph Ballet.  The BSAA demonstrates empathy and has the ability to assess and judge individual cases and report information to the SADS.  The position requires independent thought and discretion.   It also requires the ability to assess situations, their importance and impact to families, students, and programs at SJB.  The BSAA must be an effective communicator, good listener, and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor to SJB stakeholders. 

Hours:  Part-time Shift Work: Saturday 9:00-6:00 p.m., Monday 4:00-8:30 p.m.
